Something that struck me this morning when you were talking, Mr. Merriman, and as you go along the journey, you sometimes forget the obvious, and that the EBS was set up to assist teachers to buy homes and that's the start of the journey of the EBS's establishment. That was its raison d'être, that was its client base, and it grew out of that. I'm correct in that regard? And at the very end of the story, the affordability for the teacher to be able to buy a home was possibly gone beyond their affordability, certainly as a teacher.
