I would say that I became the finance spokesperson for the Labour Party in late-2003, just before ... in late-2002, just before the budget for 2003 - I think the week before the budget of 2003, which was in early December 2003 - and between then and 2007, I used my opportunities as finance spokesperson for the Labour Party to lay out a series of issues that I had around, in particular, the bubble that was developing in relation to land speculation and in relation to construction in Ireland. Now, in any kind of examination of banking, one thing that bankers and those that regulate banks should always be on the lookout for, because it happens in banking all the time, is the development of bubbles. I represent the constituency of Dublin West. I had, like Deputy Rabbitte, and, indeed, Deputy Gilmore, who was, subsequently, leader of the Labour Party, been a member of the old Dublin County Council-----
