I think it's a very, very good question, Deputy. If we look at the €2.375 billion that was required for EBS in terms of the Government and taxpayer, significant of the moneys are around the land and development and commercial property area. So, for example, specifically €425 million was required with regard to the assets transferred to NAMA, and they would have all have been land and development and commercial property.
