Okay. Thank you. And then just moving then past your time as Taoiseach. You gave an interview in the Sunday Independentin November 2014 talking about what skills were needed in 2008 and 2010 and you said "I knew my way around all of these things", and you were referring to the NTMA, the Department of Finance, the ECB, Jean-Claude Trichet, who you knew personally, "I knew my way around all these things while Brian Cowen was only in the door. So that's the pity about that period." Are you saying that if you were still Taoiseach in 2008 and in 2010, there would be a different outcome for the country?
