Like, with the greatest respect, if you're the Minister of Finance and the Department of Finance and you're devising your budget and I've been lucky enough to be at a Cabinet table, I think, for about 20 of them, you're looking at what your current budget deficit is, you're looking what your Exchequer borrowing requirement is, you're looking at what your debt-to-GDP ratio is, you're looking at what your income is and you're taking all these things into account. I'm not disagreeing with ... but I'm just saying, Deputy, you can't take one in isolation from the others. That's all I'm saying to you.
