Can I ask, first of all, as former chairman, this is Mr. Ó Ríordáin, of the legislative advisory forum, can you comment on the extent to which Irish financial regulation policy was geared towards the development of the IFSC and do you believe this in any way compromised the regulation that would otherwise have been put in place in respect of domestic banks?
