Just before I bring in Deputy O'Donnell, just on a related matter with the timeframe being earlier, Mr. Gallagher, you state in your own opening statement that "President Trichet had evidently made it clear that the Government should stand behind its banks, and that the banks were the State's responsibility." Can I ask you please to advise the rationale given to you to accept the position as, as said of Mr. Trichet?
