We were asked to convene on that basis by the authorities, because at that time, there was a purported pandemic because of avian bird flu, and, at one stage, it was estimated that if it got the grip that was being speculated upon by the World Health Organization, which is an authoritative body, that 25% of critical services and banking infrastructure and payments could be paralysed. And we were asked by the authorities to convene a group to examine this issue and it became a standing group then after that because it looked at things like cyber-crime risk and other such issues.
