Well, this was one of the ... I mean, one of the main pillars of the troika programme was the downsizing and reorganising of the banking sector, and the Anglo Irish-INBS restructuring plan was a key part of that. So it was one of the key metrics. I mean, we had the Governor of the Central Bank, the Secretary General of the Department of Finance and myself would have had weekly telephone calls with the troika after we entered into the programme, so close was the degree of their monitoring on what we were doing, so this would have been an item that would have been ... would have featured at the time on the ... on the weekly telephone calls.
