Councillor Geoghegan is a Waterford man who loves a challenge, such as the one in Thurles the other day. Will he take on the issue with the County and City Managers Association, CCMA, in terms of what I said about PPS numbers? Will he engage with the CCMA to see if a solution could be found? The ball is in the court of the local authorities. They are the critical people in the equation.
