Well it was busy. I mean I was aware that they ... I was actually in an office adjoining the private office to the Taoiseach's private office with colleagues who were coming and going, mostly from Government Buildings. I was aware that there were other people, other you know ... the various advisers, various people from the NTMA, the Central Bank, the regulator's office were in various parts of the building and I was also aware that the senior people from the banks, the two main banks, were in the building. I mean, from my point of view I was ... I didn't know, I had no background and I hadn't been involved in the discussions but I was picking up what was happening - that there had been a difficult day and that there were discussions taking place.
