Public Accounts Committee

Comptroller and Auditor General Special Report No. 89
Internal Control in County Cork Vocational Education Committee

9:30 am

Mr. Ted Owens:

There were a number of in camerameetings. I realise there were. We have not held any in camera meetings. There would have been a minute of all those meetings but in camerain this instance meant that members of the public or members of the press would have been asked to leave. The only time we might have had an in camerameeting, we might have had asked people to leave for five minutes, for example, when we were discussing a section 29 appeal, which is an appeal by a student against a decision to expel or a decision to refuse to enrol.
