I now propose we will take a break until 5.15 p.m. Is that agreed? I would like to remind the witness that once he begins giving evidence he should not confer with any person other than his legal team in relation to evidence and matters being discussed before the committee. With that in mind I now suspend the meeting until 5.15 p.m. and remind the witness that he is still under oath until we resume. Is that agreed?
