When ... you were saying from 2008 up to this time, you had begun a fiscal correction but in focusing on the €15 billion that you want to, in your own words, kind of put together in your own way, what you knew was doable, or what ye knew was doable before committing to a programme, was there a kind of contact, informal kind of, with the ECB and the IMF and the Commission, albeit home-grown, but what you had planned to put into the €15 billion adjustment?
