Thank you very much. Thanks Mr. Cowen again. Just to begin with the call by Governor Honohan to go on the "Morning Ireland" programme. Mr. Cardiff, when we had him here giving evidence, had mentioned that he would have liked an hour's notice that it was going on. He also said that this put the Government very much on the back foot as far as the public relations were concerned, but also it provided some clarity to the situation. So just on those three issues, why or would you know did Mr. Cardiff have the view that an hour would be sufficient? Was it that a decision had to be taken within an hour or was it the case that a plan could be put into practice within an hour or would you have any view on that? Secondly, what comment would you have on Mr. Cardiff's view that this put the Government in the back foot from a PR perspective and that, finally, it also gave clarity to the situation? So there are three parts to that question.
