Well, as I say, in relation to this, I mean, at the end of the day, the Government had to make a political calculation. And the political calculation had to be, do we go into this programme and have access to three-year money at this rate, with the prospect of it being reduced over time, or do we have no access to money, being out of the markets at the moment, and take a chance? And it's back to, you know, my way of thinking is you don't take chances like that. You can't take chances like that.
