Yes well, I don't think it was ever being suggested that the guarantee was going to provide the omnibus solution for what was going on in the banks. Recapitalisation would have to come up on the table at some stage. So, you know, so I, you know, we weren't saying this is a solution to the problem. This is getting the liquidity back into the system.
