That was an issue ... that was an issue that Government subsequently had to consider when it became clear that they weren't being successful ... well, one or two were, but they weren't being successful in raising capital themselves. That was then an issue that we had to consider. And then we got into the policy detail of what is it that we would need were we to put money in? And how would we go about it? And that's ... and you know the results of that.
