No, they ... I wouldn't think that'd be right. They didn't look for a guarantee for free. They never said "Guarantee us and nationalise ...". It was clear that they were making ... it was clear to me what they were saying. You know, people can be diplomatic about how they say it but it was clear to me what they were saying. And the question of a fee ... you know, obviously we were going to charge for it. You weren't going to get a Government guarantee-----
