I think the briefing would have been oral, given by the Minister for Finance. I don't believe ... I don't believe now that the Merrill Lynch document was circulated. It had been discussed, as you know, at a previous meetings. I'm not sure was it that day, but during the course of that week, there was a meeting at which a lot of people attended which included Finance people, Taoiseach's people, legal people, Merrill Lynch people, Central Bank, others, the regulator probably. So that was, if you like, an options paper. A strategic options paper is what you'd call that.
