Well, I mean, I think, you know, there was accountability over that period and, you know, people will have their own views on that. My view on it was that we had sought to deal with a crisis situation to the very best of our ability. There were still structural problems there. There were still changes that had to take place and changes did take place. And over that period if you look at the personnel in relation to particular banks, you'll see that there was significant changes.
