Well, when Brian Lenihan was able to say to me that ... "Look, we can go into this programme and there's a conditionality there that we can live with or that we can ... that reflects where we're at in terms of our own economic planning", then I said, "Well, obviously we can do it." Because there's no point going into a programme if you can't complete it or fulfil it.
