Well, Peter Bacon in his report was suggesting that, obviously, it was a drag on the ... on the credibility, if you like, of the sovereign going forward. And it did have a negative effect in that respect. I accept that. And that was something that was a concern even when we were making the decision. But the point is we couldn't allow the alternative to happen either, and the alternative to happen could be where the banking system would deteriorate and a run on banks would continue. So, you know, I'm not saying these are good options here. You're dealing with least worst options.
