Well, I mean, in relation to the banking situation, it was a private banking system but we obviously, you know, brought forward proposals about public interest directors, we brought forward proposals ... there was ... there were ... changes in management subsequently happened. There were people who retired. You know, the employee-employer relationship in this case sometimes was between the authority and the employee concerned, it wasn't with the Government.

But the Government, I think, did articulate that it wanted to see some changes, and some changes did come; a lot of changes came.
