It depends. Ultimately we do a lot of work for the medical board in seizing counterfeit medicines at the postal centres and we pass them on to the medicines board. Counterfeit products will ultimately be destroyed but they have to be kept if they are subject to court action. Sometimes we have to talk to the owner of the property rights as to where they will go.
