I am not suggesting that; I am talking about the support services in place for those who do not feel comfortable to come forward and name because that is one of the requirements, although "requirement" may not be an incorrect word to use. If somebody comes to Tusla, it is in the context of making a report. It is not always about providing support for someone who is a survivor. What is the Minister's vision in supporting the people concerned?
