But I'm just saying, when the phone call came that's where I was and I checked with the Governor and I said to him, "Look, I think the best thing I can do from this position is, I'll be telling him he needs to go down and see you about this and you need to get, you know, the regulatory authorities onto this and work out how this matter's going to be resolved."
