Well, it was always ... it was always said to me that it's a liquidity issue and we're working on dealing with the liquidity issue. That's ... and that they were left to do that on the basis that they had the relationships with the banks and they needed to make sure that the system functioned and that's where it was ... you know, at no stage did they come back and say, "No, it's something different."
