Well, I mean, you're going into conjecture in all of this, at this point but the bottom line was, it was felt at all times here that they had a situation that they could manage, that's basically the point, that the authorities were managing the situation.

And, I suppose, it only comes to the point where they can't manage the situation, where they come to say to us, "We've a horse of a different colour here; this is now becoming something else than just liquidity and strength."
