With all due respect to RBS, I mean, they can have whatever view they like. The important view, from my point of view, is what the Central Bank Governor of the Central Bank says, whether they're systemic or not. And I think the Honohan report makes a very clear that they are systemic ... they were systemic. The fact that you don't have a retail arm doesn't mean you're not systemic.
