I mean, the Central Bank Governor would come and speak to the Secretary General of the Department the same way as he'd speak to me. And they'd have, presumably, that discussion as well, and we'd talk afterwards about it. So it's ... it was part of a broader consensus. It doesn't mean they're right, but it was part of a broader consensus.
