No, I don't mean to convey that impression. I'm just making the point that I said I'd go on the basis that it was ... it wasn't a business meeting. You know, I was asked "If they haven't met you, you're about to leave the Department. They'd like to just formally meet you and you're moving on to another Department of State. They'd like just to have a meal with you and meet with you, and they've never done that". I said, "Okay, I'll do it on that basis ... I'll do it on that basis."
