It continued to be the view of the authorities that the banks were well-capitalised, it continued to be the view of the banks that there was liquidity pressures, but it wasn't viewed at the time that there was likely to be a systemic threat. And I can only answer you by saying that they felt that this was an issue that was being watched, that they were looking at various options, and that the question of an ... intervening in relation to the banks themselves and getting the sort of information you're talking about, didn't arise with them at that time.
