Was there an imbalance created in the ... in the structure ... the financial structure of the Irish economy during your period as Minister for Finance, where, effectively, construction took over from exports as the main driver of the economy, where we had double digit growths in exports up to 2000 and really, from thereafter, there were single digit growths?
