Yes, well I think the only way to deal with that was to increase the supply side. And clearly there was a demand for housing and there weren't enough houses on the market to deal with that demand. And there was a need to do a number of things, some of which would have medium to long-term effects, but the most immediate way you could deal with this problem of ... of overheating the housing market was to increase the ... increase supply.
