I'm afraid ... setting of the goals etc. etc., I went in September 2004, I wouldn't have had time to monitor what was being set there for the regulator because it was too early in the process. I do remember, and I think it's in some of the documentation, that we gave extended time during my last year in Finance, we gave until the end I think of 2004 to produce some of their programmes, plans etc. etc, so therefore I can't ... in my short time with Mr. Patterson, I can't really make any great judgment on that area.
