Now, many people might wonder what impact the SSIAs might have had on the ... the banking collapse but, I just want to ask you, what analysis ... like, cost benefit analysis was done, either by yourself or by officials or by anybody who was advising you at the time, as to the impact on ... on the property market in particular, of the potential impact of the establishment of an SSIA scheme?
