And the witness is reminded once he begins giving evidence he should not confer with any person other than his legal team in relation to his evidence on matters that are being discussed before the committee. With that in mind, I now suspend the meeting until I deem it time to resume again and I remind the witness that, while we are doing so, he is still under oath until we resume.
