Mr. John McCarthy:

That is a considerable achievement compared to where we were ten years ago, but in reality, much of the stuff for recovery is going abroad. We are not clapping ourselves on the back without justification for household practices. Waste is being segregated and it is providing a waste stream, but the problem is that the waste stream, to a significant extent, is ending up in other countries, and they are getting the benefit of the energy recovered from it.
