Well, yes, I mean ... I'm not sure whether ... obviously these ... yes, they were busy. They were well organised and they were busy and they were doing a lot of things but I'm sure if you got some of the former colleagues who were working on that will say, "Oh, that's very self-serving. Well, we had something like that. It wasn't exactly the same, we had it from 2006, so ...". I don't want to exaggerate but there has been a huge change in the whole way business is done and I would say the most important thing that we did was we created an environment, I think, where people can say, "I think you're wrong and I hold to the view that this and that." They don't always get their way but-----
