I thank the witnesses for their presentations and I apologise for being late to the meeting. I had to attend another meeting. I apologise in advance if my question has been addressed already. I am interested to hear the witnesses' views on whether the lack of dealing with ex-prisoners' issues feeds into existing conflict and the potential for escalation in that conflict and how the lack in dealing with that political process encourages the view of people to continue with conflict. How are the two linked?
