Well neither that but these banks are stand-alone entities, they are subject to prudential regulation and consumer protection legislation. They are not subject to mandate from the Central Bank to give away money. That's not, we don't have that power. Probably the constitutional issues would even arise but nobody should expect the Central Bank to do that because the Central Bank has not been given the mandate to decide who gets to not repay their loans.
