Thank you, Chair, as a non-academic. In 2002, Mr. Honohan, you said you were observing about the change in legislation that created the division in the Central Bank and the regulator and you said, "The division of responsibilities contain the hazard of ambiguous lines of responsibility especially in the event of a systemic crisis." So, I'm just wondering whether now you believe that the changes ... the regulatory structure introduced in 2010 has addressed the ambiguity of responsibilities or is there more work to be done?
