My final question then is, in relation to the ... moving to January, February, March 2011, and there was a view in the Department of Finance at the beginning of 2011 that burden-sharing might then be acceptable. There was a view that perhaps the view of Mr. Trichet, in the ECB, had shifted. Were you aware of that at the time? Did you sense that-----
