Yes, but so ... but when it comes to setting interest rates for Europe, it could actually be a situation where it would be better for Ireland to have higher interest rates but better for Europe as a whole to have lower interest rates and, in that case, because that is clearly the European mandate, then I'd have to say, "Sorry, Ireland, we're going to have the lower interest rates."
