Okay, let me clarify that. So 4 November I agreed that I was quite happy to have Central Bank officials attend meetings in Brussels - not on 4 November, on 4 November I agreed to that - and I expected those meetings would happen early the following week but they didn't happen early the following week and Mr. Rehn arrived in Dublin on the Tuesday and there was no talk of these meetings. And so I said, "What's going on with these meetings?", I said to his colleague and he said, "Oh, they're coming soon, I don't know.", and then they did happen at the end of that week.
