Nexus Phase
Professor Patrick Honohan:
I don't think there is that much difference in the tone of perhaps ... I think there has been a great emphasis on the guaranteed, what used to be guaranteed and is still to some extent, guaranteed institutions some of which are in public ownership because of the risk they posed to the State, so greater emphasis on those banks without neglecting the other ones. But I don't ... it's not and when I ... and I don't meet them all that often ... but when I meet the senior officials of let's say, AIB or PTSB, it's not, "Oh, we're all on the side now whereas those fellows in Ulster Bank and Bank of Ireland are something else." We regard them all as regulated entities and dealt with in the same way.
