The Committee of Inquiry into the Banking Crisis now resuming in public session and can I ask members and those in the public Gallery to ensure that their mobile devices are switched off. So, welcome back, our witness today is Professor Patrick Honohan, Governor of the Central Bank of Ireland. In this afternoon's session we'll focus upon developments during the Governor's tenure in the period from November 2010 to December 2013 and obviously there will be matters that will be following on from this morning's engagement with the Governor as well that need to be addressed. And Governor, you wish to add to some of your earlier commentary of this morning.
