Just in terms of the sequence of events, it wouldn't have been unusual, I was there outside of the room, there was a draft statement being prepared on contingency basis, I was working on it, the press officer I won't say took over, but the meeting concluded and I think Kevin Cardiff has stated in his evidence, he was asked by the Taoiseach to prepare a statement based on the statement circulated to the meeting. He proceeded on that basis.
