I can't recall - and, certainly, it's not borne out by the handwritten notes - that there was any discussion of the shape of the guarantee at that point in time ... in that initial discussion. There was going to be a guarantee and it was going to be a guarantee for all institutions and broad. That was just what I ... we would refer to as the blanket guarantee. How blanket that would be, would be a matter for the decision-----
